Open Question: My hearing aid broke omg......:(?

well just this morning my nhs hearing aid broke im 12 years old. what should i do. what happen was i was trying to get the tube off to clean it then my hand slipped and it pulled off the plastic bit which is connected to the hear and filters sound 9and you conect the tube to that too). it was accidently done but what should i do any help.  just ask for additional details.
