Open Question: Girls, If a guy wears hearing aids will girls judge me/not like me?

Well when I was born I lost my hearing about 40-50% of it and im 18 now and I always seem nervous to talk to girls I dont know why I get like this. I feel like girls will not like me or will judge me. I look like the typical/normal guy, but wear hearing aids(very hard to notice). Is this normal for me to act like this and will girls not like me?
