This question always came up when I was face to face with my hearing loss patients.


Question: Can I order just one to see if I like it? Then if I hear well with it can I order the other one?

Answer: Yes you can, but you would be at a disadvantage trying to separate noise and speech with just one ear working. You'd also have trouble judging which direction sound is coming from. Someone calling your name for example may have you turn 360 degrees before you see who is calling you.
